Looking for someone who is experienced in creating current/next gen game environments/assets for UDK, to complete a realistic house's interior and exterior. Someone who can make interesting high res maps and has good attention to detail.
The house is set in the mid 1990s is meant to be fairly new at the time. so the challenge is to make these textures compelling and interesting without looking old and dirty(though the outside may look weathered).
the right applicant should assume that burning bump maps will be part of this project, and that tiled maps alone are not enough to make a good finished product.
you will need to
-fix, optimize, or replace and or add to parts of the current mesh. You may break the house into as many separate assets as you feel is best but I will need at least the door and likely the windows to be on their own.
-create a full set of maps for everything (diffuse, normal, specular, possibly opacity depending on how you handle windows)
-set up collisions
in short be ready to do everything needed for it to be ready to be placed in udk
