Project Description:
Reproduce old newpaper clippings as identical refurbished copies in Adobe; then convert to HTML as close as possible to the original format with the words in text format so that they can become searchable in google. I have between 100-200 historical clippings to do.
Here are some examples of the newspaper cuttings (note number 6, "22 Japanese Warships Sunk"):

TASK 1
Using Adobe Photoshop or inDesign or Illustrator to:
1. Create an old newspaper like template that is (a) slightly old yellowish paper look with (b) with the typical matted / fine dotted appearance.
2. Use the template to create a new refurbished copies of numerous newspaper cutting to look EXACTLY like the original (font and font attributes);
3. Send me the Adobe file
TASK 2
Create a HTML formatted file of the newspaper clipping:
1. Copy/past the refurbished text into a HTML file using 12pt font size.
2. Add image/s (if any) to give the HTML file a SIMILAR look (Unlike Task 1, does not have to be exact) to the original (NB. the image size - if any - may need to be bigger to retain a similar format to the original.
I will then insert this HTML formatted file into Joomla under the original image on the website. Here is an incomplete example of image number 6 (without the image and formatting):

Therefore when clicking on the small icon in the image gallery, the newly reproduced image will appear with the HTML version below it.
TASK 3
I also have several dozen newsletters that I wish to convert to HTML.
The link below shows one Newsletter I attempted myself. I am open to idea's on improving the layout in HTML/Joomla. I used an OCR program to convert the words from a scanned image of the newsletter to text. Note the banner was created in Photoshop (I forgot to add that it was a newsletter in the title!):
