You don't need HDR! If you use a good photographer HDR won't be necessary. HDR was originally intended as a stylistic way of making art photos, not as a fix for bad photos.
It is a waste of time and money for someone to do HDR (which takes time) to alter photos that should have been shot correctly. You need to hire someone who knows how to adjust their cameras manually to maximize the results. The photographer should be shooting to get the angles correctly, to show as much of the room as possible (and to do it artfully) and to use the correct aperture and shutter speed to show the furniture and the room to best advantage. Then, all that is needed is a bit of Photoshop to darken the windows to the outside. If the photographer is skilled and shoots in RAW as well as jpeg, that is all that is needed. And you will save yourself a heap of money in paying for adjustments that aren't necessary.
Further, a good photographer will shoot correct angles to focus on what you want to feature. On these photos the foreground sink, is now is the main focus of the photos (and shouldn't be) and cuts off the legs of the chairs. The photographer should have either crouched on top of the counter top or on a small stool or chosen a better angle.
If I lived in Hawaii, I would suggest that you hire me to take your photos (and by the way, I was in real estate for 16 years). So, I recommend you get a good photographer and then hire me at $20/hour to make minor adjustments. You will save money.
