Private Property Developer needs graphic artists to create, update and improve 3D floor plans, 3D perspective views and to develop other marketing material for a small beach Project.
Initial project will be used as sorting process to begin a long term relationship between our company and the freelance artist as we have a number of properties we need to create marketing material, brochures and WEB site images for.
We can provide photographs, sketches and existing computer Auto Cad and rendering files to aid work.
Searching for an artistic, punctual freelance designer to build a long term rewarding relationship which could develop into many other areas of design.
We will need to see portfolios of design work and samples to confirm the quality of the bidders work and to set benchmarks as well as setting payment milestones for the project.
