Convert PPT banner to EPS file using EPS logo/icons provided

Project Description:
We have attached two banner designs in PPT format which uses JPEG/PNG images along with text. We have the EPS files for each of the logo/icons (we will provide them to the freelancer) and need you to create ONE EPS file for each banner so that the printing company can print high resolution banners.

Please note that the first banner bill be 8' x 3' and the second will be 6' x 2', so the EPS file will need to be in the same proportions.

This should be a quick job for anyone with Photoshop expertise.
