Website Design File Preparation

Project Description:
I have roughly laid out the following design that will need to be finalized in Photoshop and delivered to our developers as a layered .PSD
I am looking for someone who can quickly finesse this basic idea: making sure all of the design details, like alignment, font placement, drop shadows, etc. are executed with precision.

I am not looking for a redesign of this idea.

The client will likely make some revisions to this concept, but I expect 90% of it will remain intact.
Once the client has approved in the next 24-48 hours, I'll need someone to quickly complete file preparation, and be on standby to do
the same thing to a number of other subpages for the website.

I'm seeing a number of $250 bids . . .

Since many of you bill at $15-$25/hr, this seems too expensive for 3-5 hours of work.

I did not intend to set $250 as the minimum project fee for this single page. Once this homepage is completed and we move on to subpages, the TOTAL job may be worth that much, but for now, I just need this single page completed.
