We run several websites. You need to make the website from good to great. This may include modifying the website, optimizing the content, getting feedback from users. You are someone who loves giving great experience to users.
Task
1. You have to make the website user friendly, decrease bounce rate, engage the visitors when they are on our site. Change whatever necessary from design to programs.
2. You need to work with programmers to implement your ideas and changes. You need to go back and forth communicating with programmers. you may even need to find new programmers to get your idea implemented.
