Project Manager in Construction Field (MPLS/St. Paul, MN)

Project Description:
We are looking for a field manager to manage multiple single family rehab projects concurently. The project manager would in essence act as the General Contractor. An ideal candidate must have exceptional experience in multitasking and experience in using necessary software to manage projects. Programs such as Excel (unless executed via macro), QuickBooks, Word doc, will not be considered as project management software. Applicant must be using customized/tailor made technology/construction management software. Third party software if acceptable.

The job would pay a small base salary with strong achieveable management incentives that would assure annual income from $40-70K. The project manager would operate as consult form in an LLC (which we can also assist you in setting up), and agreeing to a consultant contract with our company.

Requirements:
1. Bechelor degree in business or management.
2. Experience in construction field is required.
3. Experience with managing multi-projects is required.
4. Excellent project scheduling skills and time management skills.
5. Project bidding experience is required.
6. Strong communication skills.
7. Contractor license is a plus.
