Seeking a well-rounded, high-energy, detail-oriented individual to assist in setting up a call center for a fun-filled and fast paced company. Must enjoy working in a vibrant and fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Supervise a team of 15-20 customer service representatives.
- Setup a call center
- Maintain and increase productivity and efficiency within the department.
- Delegate projects and tasks to reps while maintaining a structured schedule.
- Manage time and a schedule for the department.
- Assist in the hiring/firing decision making process.

Hours of work: 30 Project Duration: 1 - 3 months Skills required:
