I'm looking for a Customer Success Star with a proven track record in service to help make Follow Up Boss a leader in customer support.
We are a fast growing software company providing simple software to real estate agents and teams in the USA. Customer support is a KEY component in helping our customers achieve their goals.
As the Customer Success Manager, you'll be helping agents and teams setup their accounts, implement best practices and be successful implementing our software and growing their business.
You'll also be on the front lines; writing emails and talking to customers, as well as supporting me by letting me know what we can do to make things in our business simpler and better for our customers.
This position is for someone who loves talking to people and can drive our customer service to another level.
Weekly responsibilities include:
*Welcoming and onboarding new customers
*Helping customers setup accounts over gotomeeting and the phone
*Responding to customer questions and recommendations
*Monitoring existing accounts and helping clients improve their outcomes
*General Admin / Answering the phone / Answering website chat
We are looking for someone initially with 20 - 30 hours per week.
I am looking for a long term employee, not just a temporary solution.
You must be able to work from home, take phone calls & make outgoing calls. You will get a special number for this. You will need to have high speed internet access, be a fast learner, a hard worker, and not get distracted working from home.
