Project Description:
We're looking for someone to our Company (in UK, Europe) whom we who put on the formal position of "director" at the Company and appear on the Public Registry as Director.
He will not have any rights or obligations, only gets us from the regular monthly (reasonable) fee.
Any nationality is welcome. Important: Must have a valid Passport.
The reason why we are looking for someone like that is that we need to be hidden from competitors, and our Country is a public register. Will lead the Company as a proxy for yourself, just as before.
