Design a staff survey form covering all the OHS issues which require consultation from staff and from that determine the effectiveness and compliance of current consultative processes. Using the survey results evaluate current methods and then present the results in table/graph format. From the survey present a report (which will be a full plan for improvement in consultation) outlining:
o Evaluation of current methods of consultation;
o Results from the staff survey;
o Strategies (ie training, accountability, objectives, targets, consultation policy and procedure) and recommendations for improvement of consultation mechanisms within the organisation;
o Identify resources required to introduce and maintain recommendations.
o Demonstrate how barriers to effective consultation may be overcome.
