Project Description:
The assignment is a HRMS (Adrenalin) implementation for a well established brand of the country.
For this we 'YES PeopleTech Solutions' are looking for a functional consultant to work with the CIO and the HR heads in understanding the requirements from their perspective and act as a platform between them and the technology partner.
The consultant will be single point contact with respect to the HRMS project. He / she will interface with the technology partner, HR team & IT and ensure sufficient pace and quality is there in the project.
Project is based at Chennai, India but the role will require frequent travel to a southern city of Tamil Nadu, India. The consultant should have a good understanding of the HR domain and should have worked in implementation of some HRMS system (Experience in Adrenalin is not mandatory) and will work on contract for a period of 3 to 6 months. Compensation will not be a constraint.
