We have all data for the Case Study and your task to Produce a Formal Management Report to the Managers which outlines a sustainable project plan that is consistent with the 5 Heritage Lottery Fund outcomes.
The plan needs to include:
1. Aims and objectives
2. Detailed Project proposals
3. Evidence of need and reasons to support your proposals
4. Programme of works and time scales –ideally using MS Project or MS Exel
