Project Description:
We need a checklist for restructuring a real estate development company in the Middle East.
Things like check the foundation, clean up the balance sheet, reshape the organization, reduce costs, rearrange people, retrain people, things to do to get a company back on track and build a solid foundation.
We then need a checklist section for preparing for expansion.
Our firm like much of the world is rebuiliding, restructuring, laying the foundation, cleaning things up, getting prepared in 2009 for a new push to expand in 2010.
