Looking for someone to do up a Business Plan for a client. Our client has all the as workflow/functional specs to give to you so you can write the Business Plan.
This is an Internet Company/Business
MUST have excellent English grammar
Must have done a number of business plans before
Do a costing of service offered and take into account risk factors, research competitors, prices, service etc.
Must be able to show me a few business plans they have done before
Must know all the information We need to provide to you to make a good business plan
Looking for team to be responsible for the business planning (private investors, market analysis, etc.)
Business plan, marketing plan.
Please provide examples of your work and experience as I will respond with additional details.
Require someone with experience in developing a BP so the firm can speak with private investors in order to build capital.
You can use Business Plan Pro 2007 or similar
The plan should be short (max.15 pages) and to the point, include the following items:
• Description of the idea
• Outline of the product / services
• The business model
• Current operational status of your company
• CV / bio’s of your team / founders.
• Basic needs assessment – what you think you need to move to the next step
• Detailed 6 month outlook – liquidity, people, development process etc.
• Sketchy 18 month outlook – where you think the company is heading.
