Hi, I am looking for someone to help me with organizing my life. I have a side business, competing in a pageant, huge email, lots of paperwork, charity, job, etc and I just need help with it all.
Types of things I'll need you to:
2. business documentation services (business cards, flyers, brochures),
3. planning my day/calendar management, appointments,
4. Internet [Re]Searching
5. List making and accomplishing
6. Google accounts: email/documents/drive/calendar
7. Social media development, managing my Facebook, blog, branding,
8. Organizing my business files, receipts, electronic files from scanned and email files
9. Selling items on craigslist and eBay
10. Event and trip planning (using travelzoo, cheapcarribean, fly.com)
11. Website design and maintenance (you don't need to be a develop or need to know code)
12. Voice-mail and email maintenance, answering /returning/making calls
13. Job research and applying
14. Helping me find virtual staff/subject matter experts/professionals to perform duties for bookkeeping, taxes, creating videos, creating a course, and more.
You’ll be my right hand person. You must be efficient, accurate, enthusiastic, reliable, and, flexible.
It would be helpful not critical to have someone with software testing or technical at least, business knowledge, web knowledge, and pictures/video making knowledge as these are some of the projects I will need done-but am open to outsourcing it to someone else if need be because the most important items are internet research, and organization.
The first month I may need you the most 15-20 hours /week to get things settled and organized but then it should level around 8-10 hours a week.
