Our consulting business is growing rapidly with new developers, designers, and programmers. With all the new hires, we're looking to form a balance with new clients. If you have extensive experience/knowledge in sales within the IT industry, please bid. This job entails administrative tasks; such as bidding on jobs, communicating and securing new clients via freelancing websites.
Ultimately, we're looking for providers with the following skills:
1. Able to yield high award ratios
2. Very articulate when communicating with potential clients.
3. Proficient and cohesive writing skills when submitting new proposals, tailoring jobs given.
After a the client turns into a 'warm lead', we will have one of our existing project managers write up a detailed proposal which includes the technical scope, time duration of each phase/deliverable and payment info (This proposal is generally between 5-10 pages long, which dissects the entire project - allowing the client to see all the specs involved). If the project manager requests further clarification, questions will be sent prior to writing the in-depth proposal.
All sample work, references, and further details asked of potential client's will be given prior to starting. We are accepting bids from the USA, Canada and UK only; bidders from other countries will be declined. Inclusive in your proposal, please write 'pick' to verify reading this description, and state why our company should work with you (Note: We love energetic and confident providers). Any prior statistics on award ratios and/or sales is a plus. Subsequently, we have a quota that needs to be reached per day which will be mentioned during the interviews.
Note: You will be solely responsible in communicating with clients up until an agreement is binding. Having a background in IT is a very big plus. We are looking for someone who is very devoted to this position and is confident in driving new client's to our development firm.
