Project Description:
TFS / Project Server integration Project- would like to get a powerpoint presentation with diagrams (NO SALES JAGON, NO WHITE PAPER ADAPTATION PLEASE)
We currently use HP PPM as our main Project Portfolio management and TIvoli as our main ticketing Application, our goal is to replace HP PPM with Project Server and Tivoli with TFS.
1) Describe both tangible and intangible of Project server and Portfolio to a PMO. "yOU MUST PROVIDE VISIO DIAGRAM" describe 3 options on the benefits and cost for each option...Provide a roadmap in MS Project.
2) Please show the integration benefits of TFS / Project server integration for both the Application group and for the (PMO) Project Server /Portfolio
