Project Description:
Create 44 Powerpoint slides that illustrate the 44 project managements processes as outlined in the Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Third Edition (2004).
Processes should be diagrammed on one slide each that clearly shows the inputs, tools and techniques and outputs each process as printed in the PMBOK. Create a standard powerpoint layout that best depicts the processes on each slide. Use fonts that provide the best clarity for reading the slides. These slides will be used for a live training seminar. An electronic copy of the PMBOK will be provided if necessary. Examples are provided but are not limited to those provided.
