Project Manager

Project Description:

We are looking for a top quality worker to work as a project manager for our company.

ROLE:

- Work on proposals and getting in new business for the company (you will be trained on this).
- Coordinate between the clients and workers.
- Make sure that projects are completed on time
- Answer incoming client's calls
- Email marketing and very minimum telemarketing (calling back old clients, not cold calling)

SCHEDULE: We will start with part time (4 hours per day) on US CST hours and then move on to full time eventually (in 2-3 months).

REQUIREMENTS:

- EXCELLENT ENGLISH: Please do not apply if you have a hard accent or can't speak English fluently. We need people who can speak English fluently with an American accent. We prefer people from Phillipines, Costa Rica, Belize etc

- EXCELLENT SKILLS: You must have good skills in TWO of the following:
1) MS. Office (Word, Excel and PP)
2) On-line Research and Reporting (not basic)
3) Graphic Design
4) Transcription \
5) Social Media Marketing

- AVAILABLE TO WORK on the given schedule:

- Hard working (there is loads of work), tech savvy and serious about growing with the company.

Pay:
There are three tiers to the payment:
1) Basic Pay: $3 per hour
2) Project payment: We will let you work on 4-5 projects in a month on off hours and you can easily make $200-400 per month on top of your hourly from those projects.
3) Bonus and commission: Bonus and commission will be paid if you do extraordinary work.
