Project Description:
I need a spreadsheet that can be used for inputting no more than 5 factor. The output is a DCF $amount.(See the attached example I have started).

Essentially, I am looking for a prettier way of presenting the data once the relevant information has been entered so I can present to a client and say okay, these are I criteria we look for and then this is the result in terms of how much we can lend to you and what we require in terms of revenue share (C11)?

EG. I can lend $X if the customer meets certain criteria and will need Y% of your revenue over the term of the contract
These criteria may be:

a) Funds under management (Box - see C6)
b) Growth of Funds under management has been X%pa
c) Average fee margin is X%(usually <1% measured in basis points, so 1% is 100bps; 0.5% is 50bps etc - C10)
d) Team stability (score based, so simply a number entry between 1-5) Not on the attached spreadsheet
e) Term (of lending in years say between 3-10) C9
f) How many years has the business been established for (
