Email Newsletter Tool (Python / django / Amazon SES)

Dear, This project is in portuguese and based in the Django Framework (Python). I need to Review an Email Newsletter Tool developed in python / django based platform Amazon SES API. Actually, that is almost done, but need some settings. I have to used this tools from the last year, and now i have to realized some errors, and a decrease in the delivery rates.
