Project Description:
I am looking for someone who can use the Massey Ratings System or the Colley Matrix Rankings System.
Developer must be able to create a user friendly application/software for me to use to formulate rankings for semipro football teams in the United States.
Being sports minded would quite possibly be much more helpful but not necessary.
Research both Rankings Methods. Both are extensive mathematical processes. But I'm sure fun for those proficient in integral algebra and algorithms.
