I am looking to automate projects and tasks in OpenERP.
1). Add custom fields to Task form in OpenERP
2). Customize Email Templates to send the correct data of each task out via email.
3). Create links that can be clicked via email to "push" tasks along through the various stages of New -> In Progress -> Pending -> Done -> Cancelled
4). When task is completed send notification to next sequential task owner to start his/her task.
