Python script which checks proxies against a website

Project Description:
I need someone to code me a simple Python script, which takes a text file with proxies (proxy:port - one per line) and checks every single proxy against a website.
The proxy tries to connect to the site specified and searches for a footprint (html) which will be set before running the script.
If the proxy could connect and found the footprint it goes to a positive list (plus the ms it took to connect and find the footprint) and the list will later be saved to a csv file (proxy:port,ms-it-took-to-connect-and-find-the-footprint).
If the proxy could NOT connect it goes to a negative list and the list will later be saved to a text file.

Features which should be easily settable:

- URL to check the proxies against (HTTP and HTTPS must be possible to check)
- Footprint to search for on the website. (html)
- Timeout in ms
- path to proxies file
- path to save the positive list in csv
- path to save the negative list in txt
