We have a client that needs 3D design of a building project. It is an apartmentbuilding with 10 apartments, SPA and restaurant. The style is modern and luxury.
We need both exterior and interior designs made:
-Building front outside
-Building back outside
-SPA inside
-Restaurant inside
-Apartment terrace with swimming pool
-Apartment living room inside
-Apartment kitchen
-Apartment master bedroom
-Apartment master bathroom
-Apartment guest bedroom
The freelancer we need must be able to create very realistic 3D design, please see the attached photo as an example. More details will be given.
