Project Description:
Convert logo into 3D using the attached crest/image (sorry I don't have a better quality sample) and rotate as an animation (footage used in an education intro).

Regrettably my budget on this project is very tiny so please don't be offended or waste your valuable time in bidding if this is insulting, the budget can't go over $80.

Those who are kind enough to bid please provide a sample of the crest rotating.
