Project Description:
Interior design for a five star hotel restaurant in 3D, the AutoCAD drawing is attached, please look for ground f.p as build brick wall in the drawing. Select a corner to design, not the entire floor, as I would like to get an idea about your capabilities and if I select your design then I will offer you to finish the entire floor and another one that’s above this floor, also 25 suits in the same hotel.
The design should be classic Italian with a fair amount of details, and should have 5 star qualities; every inch of the space should be calculated, classic Italian furniture have already been selected for this project, please see the attached photo of one of the few chairs that’s been selected. The materials for the ceiling should be gypsum board (knauf) with paint finishing; as for the walls it can be gypsum board and wood.
Marble is preferred for the flooring.
All the work should be on presentation boards in a very professional manner explaining the design and materials used. Please remember the beauty is in the details.
I strongly advise you to begin with a concept design, so that I know where you want to go with your design.
