I have a image of a cartoon, and i need it to become a 3d cartoon. this 3d cartoon does not have to be rigged but it must be able to be edited in 3d max or maya. because the animation must be able to move inside of music videos i will make. so i just need a animation with with joints i can move and rig. i have the image ready.
