Ok I must have been unclear in my work text yesterday so we shall try again,
My 3D designer of 6 years is no longer working with me. Therefor I need a 2D & 3D draftsman ( Preferably a team that can handle large volume)
Please take a moment and study the attached 3 design types. Can you recreate the exact same design types???
YOU MUST!
* Be able to copy excisting designs and work with them (No deviations)
* Be able to deliver on time. ( We have a turn around time of 24H ( give or take an hour or two)
* Be qualified in sketchup and 3D max.
* Speak good english
* Undertake ev changes from en client at no extra charge ( Average change 1-2 times)
* Be able to copy the existing designs and also suggest new designs when the clients need them.
* Be able to charge per floor plan NOT per hour
