We are looking for a designer that can provide us with mass exterior 3D rendering of our building project.
We are looking for a 3D expert to develop a 3d model.
- Candidate must be skilled in creating interiors visualizations
- Must be using 3Ds Max and Vray
- Have a great understanding of design
- Fluent in English

Attach a few interior examples you have completed.
We are building on top of an exisiting building so we can provide photos of the existing building with architectural plans.
We have already done the back of the building and the example is attached as K back. We wish to also present the front elevation, please see the line drawing for the CGI - attached as the western elevation. We wish to have a quote to provide a high quality image similar to attachment K back of the back of the building or to the quality of the other example headed Imperial Wharf.
Please quote for the front elevation and also provide a further quote in writing to update the back elevation, as we will require both visuals to concur with each other (the building will be in white plaster upon completion).
We also require a fairly rapid turn around of a couple of weeks from a high quality designer.
