This is an academic assignment.
The job is:
To produce a critical, referenced evaluation and discussion covering all three topics below.
Each topic should take up around a third of the assignment. A report format should be used with
cited references that develop your critical discussion and should be taken from current academic
literature published in the last 10 years.
The report produced must have three distinct parts each part covering the particular topic
Critically discuss and evaluate issues of managing people in projects including teamwork and
Critically discuss and evaluate issues of leadership and management of change within project
Critically discuss and evaluate the impact of organisational structure and cultures in projects.
Word count should be minimum 3300 (each section should have minimum 1050 words).
All data sources used and cited in the report should be correctly referenced utilizing the Harvard Reference System.
References from commercial and other web pages are to be use very sparingly.
The assignment should be completed fully on/before 07/05/2013.
