Oil and gas sector has been the oldest industrial base for Pakistan and the world around us. It is the source of all kind of activities geared towards the generation of energy, for the use of other industries and activities that support the economy of a nation. Attock Refinery Limited (ARL) is a member of Attock Group of Companies, a fully integrated group covering all segments of oil and gas industry from exploration to production, and refining to marketing of a wide range of petroleum products in Pakistan.I give detail of all the departments of ARL as well as describe in detail the different functions such as recruitment and selection,training and development,socialization and orientation,development and promotion polices,safety measures,security system,performance appraisal system,reward and compensation system as well as SWOT analysis of ARL and in the end I give recombination's.
