the topic for the research paper is
"The impact of monetary benefits on a sales force. "
The research paper will take the form of a structured review of academic literature. It should include the following clearly labelled components:
2. Literature Review
3. Research Methodology Design
The research paper should be no more than 5,000 words (1.5 line spacing, 12 font size).
Need not actually complete any primary research (while you will develop a research proposal, write a literature review on your chosen topic and design a piece of research (i.e. how you would go about researching your topic), you will not be required to actually conduct this research. The research design that you produce will simply serve to demonstrate your understanding of what would be involved in designing, conducting and evaluating research were you or the reader to conduct this research at some point in the future).
The introduction should set the scene for the reader. It should (i) outline the structure you have adopted for the research paper; (ii) state the research topic, research question and research objectives; (iii) provide a rationale as to why the topic selected was worthy of investigation; (iv) explain how you set about answering your research question (the research methodology); and (v) discuss the main findings and conclusions from your research.
Research Methodology Section
The principal purpose of this section is to provide enough detail to allow a competent researcher to complete your study. Remember for this project you do not complete any research yourself. Instead you need to provide a proposed research design. The methodology section should also allow your research to be validated.
This final section should close the paper by (i) briefly summarising the main points of your proposed research (ii) outlining how your research question might be answered using the proposed research design you specify and (iii) identifying any outstanding issues that need further research.
At least 15 references are required for the final paper. Please ensure these are correctly referenced
