Proactive Delivery Solutions, Inc. d/b/a Proactive Logistics is a Maryland based corporation with head offices in Columbia, MD. For the past six years, Proactive has manage to position itself as a leader in logistics outsourcing, providing quality rental equipment (vans, trucks, pallets jacks, loads bar etc.) as well as, staffing (drivers, warehouse laborers, forklift operators etc.) via Proactive Staffing. The company has achieve market penetration by remaining laser focused on its niche- ensuring that our employees are highly trained and by promoting on-going professional development. This philosophy has kept the company on pace to reach its goals and ahead of its competitors.
Proactive staffing is a temporary and permanent placement personnel agency working solely with skilled, professional workers in the logistics industry. Proactive differs from other temporary and permanent placement agencies not merely because of our focus niche but because of our highly trained workforce. The company believes that the temporary industry pays only cursory attention to providing companies with highly trained workers for permanent and non-permanent positions. This oversight proves costly by lowering productivity thereby resulting in higher employee turnovers. At Proactive Staffing, we derive our edge and expertise by strictly adhering to a proven five-stage methodology:

The company is seeking to expand its expertise by providing: Specialize Certified Training/Continuing Educational Credit Courses for delivery drivers (CDL/Non-CDL), forklift operators and other skilled/general warehouse laborers.

The following tasks are required:
1. Create a business plan for the purpose of raising capital.
2. Once task one is completed, outline a business strategy (blue print) to assist us in thinking through the various steps to bring the product to market and to effectively manage employees. The proposed plan should be detailed and able to be evaluated. The strategy should utilize diagrams where possible rendering it easy to follow. Plan should include a cost effective strategy of testing the offering and customer acquisition.
