Project Description:
Would you like to work with me on a new project of mine? I need help on creating a business plan for a hotel situated in Brussel. The projects aim is to increase amount of customers to the restaurant with the help of marketing, (wich will increase the revenue of the restaurant).
I need a marketing expert with great knowledge about finance, who will assist me in developing a marketing strategy. You will be asked to help me create a budget on this new strategy.
I have already started on the project; I am on 30 pages, so you will help me adjust most of the written content.
Maximum pages in all: 60 pages (included 30 pages) .
In the businessplan you will be asked to use:
Christian Grönroos – to explain the restaurant
Richard Normans’ SMILK – Servicemanagement system
Benchmarking - analyze the competition on the market with 7 p’s

Breakeven analysis
