Key purpose of assignment
One of our clients has recently invested in a new sales team to proactively target a particular market. We have been tasked with gathering account intelligence from the sales teams and then turning this into insight to drive the sales and marketing programme. You will manage the data acquisition and reporting aspects of the project.
Key responsibilities and activities
Development of a set of questions for an online audit to gather specific information on customer needs for IT services Work alongside our applications developer and account manager to create the online survey
Manage the testing/approval of the offline questionnaire and the online survey tool with nominated members of the client user community
Take the data captured via the survey tool and carry out detailed analysis to make sense of what the data is telling us and interpret trends
Compile a report for senior marketing client contacts. The report will cover the basics of replaying what the data is telling us, making interpretations and presenting recommendations for sales and marketing activities to drive revenue

B2B marketing experience
Proven marketing and business analysis skills
Excellent communicator – both face to face and over the phone
MS Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint
