Project Synopsis
Organizations are making large investments in information technology (IT) projects. However, many are risky and are often considered runaway, because they do not meet original expectations of cost, time, or benefits. Therefore, an effective management of risks in IT projects is very important. In this project, I will focus to identify the risk factors, calculate their probability and effect on a project, and plan for and conduct risk management. Areas such as quality management, human resource management will be considered and might be solutions to several risks.
