A succinct, dense report on best practices, leading practitioners, templates, checklists and recommendations on corporate culture building - including academic and practical citations. Should include a 5 to 12 page executive summary in Powerpoint form.
This project is for the Entrepreneurs Foundation of Central Texas (www.AmplifyAustin.org). We connect entrepreneurs and their teams with high-impact causes. We help entrepreneurs build successful corporate cultures, what one of our board members calls the soul of the corporation. We’re results-oriented because results are what matters. We’re how innovative companies invest equity, time and talent in their communities. We’ve raised over $8 million and over 60,000 volunteer hours for other nonprofits, and believe the intellectual capital is as valuable as the financial capital we offer nonprofits and community initiatives.
