Project Description:
Our team has identified a new function of a gene involved in DNA repair. We are looking for a collaborator, a bioinformatics expert to perform a literature search, identify the place of this gene/protein in various pathways, draw these pathways in publication-ready format and provide literature references justifying the position of this gene in these pathways. If you have access to Ariadne Genomics system or similar systems, it is a major advantage.
We are planning to submit the article to PLOSOne and it is possible to include the collaborator in the paper.
