ONLY for freelancers that are Chinese Study: To evaluate the coal mining industry in India to include such matters as: 1) size of coal mining industry 2) locations of coal mines 3) list of coal mine companies 4) list of companies servicing the coal mine industry (equipment, design, etc) 5) list of industry associations 6) list of government agencies that monitor and regulate the coal mine industry 7) source of regulations Of particular interest (may include articles for this part) 1) Environmental issues a) particular as it relates to dust control b) erosion control c) transportation of coal - as it relates to pollution & environment 2) Worker safety a) articles of death or injury of workers in coal mines b) news about coal mine explosions and fires c) what is being done to ensure better safety The primary goal is to determine if China's coal mine would benefit from technology to reduce coal dust to prevent explosions, improve the environment, increase worker safety, lower cost. This report can focus 90% on the coal industry in Shanxi as it represents 1/3 of China's coal production.
