Project Description:
I am looking for an academic quality comparison of call center software providers with:
1. research results in an easy to follow matrix
2. academic quality writing about the topic of call center software
The purpose of this assignment will ultimately be to create all content for a website like pbxcompare.com
For the topic of call center software, following along with the model website, I would expect something along the following lines:
1. short abstract on the purpose of the website
2. researching 7-10 providers of call center software providers, gathering the basic tenants of the software, and creating a comparison chart (chart possibly broken down into 2 or 3 sections for small, medium, and enterprise level applications)
3. basic reviews of each of the 7-10 providers (pros & cons in list format, reiteration of the data gathered in 2 in table format + other data that may not be mentioned, a conclusion paragraph, link to the website, other contact information)
4. short introduction about call centers (200-300 words)
5. paragraph about how to choose the right software (what's right for your center)
6. expounding on any features mentioned in your chart in step 2 (i.e. if you are listing cloud based service, give me a 2 sentence definition on what that means)
7. description on what the median market standard is in call center software (i.e. what most have)
8. anything else you feel would be compelling for someone looking for this type of product
I expect:
1. the research to be in a very easy to follow format with table of contents and clearly labeled sections
2. citations where applicable in whatever style you are comfortable with
3. no copying content from other websites. Everything must be in your own words.
