1200 - 1400 words professional article that requires some web research

I need someone to write an article about IT international trade fairs and exhibitions. The article should have a formal and semi-formal register, about 1200 - 1400 words and be based on the web research - all materials ale publicly accessible. It has to be written in an elegant and somehow witty style. The specific description will be provided. It also needs to be said that I'm NOT looking for either SEO writers or "internet marketing" writers. I'm searching for a *genuine* article writer, preferably a native English speaker with strong writing skills and experience, who can provide a professional full length text. I don't want such an article to be written for search engines but for real people, who are indeed interested in a certain topic and are willing to read it. The article will be published on a serious website. That is why it has to meet a strict requirements when it comes to language (grammar, style etc.) and the matter (a topic should be covered thoroughly not superficially).
