I would like someone to research the Internet and compile a list of links and excerpts with foreign person's experiences with Singapore Immigration Program via Employment Pass when one is applying through by incorporating their own company first before applying.
Singapore has a couple of immigration programs -- Entrepreneur Pass (EntrePass) and Employment Pass. Employment Pass is something where a foreign person can incorporate their own company and use their company to sponsor themselves, and the same Employment Pass can be used by an already established Singapore-based company to hire foreign employees. There are both separate things, but under the same umbrella of Employment Pass. I'm interested in the former (Company Incorporation + Employment Pass). There are very little details or experiences posted by people who have gone through the similar process (Company Incorporation + Employment Pass). I have tried to look it up on the Internet, but I just don't have much time anymore. What I am specifically interested in finding out is an average amount of funds foreign persons have injected in their company while incorporating and before applying for their Employment Pass with MOM (Ministry of Manpower) and some interesting facts and figures that should be noted before applying.
You may have to scour the Internet and read up on forums and blogs to collect this data.
