Project Description:
2 parts job:

Part 1- Research Proposal (not more than 600 words). Using attached document with fixed title, fill in the required data for proposal. Deadline is 2nd December 2012.

Part 2: Research paper (no more than 5000 words). Research paper to take form of a structured review of the academic literature on topic. Should include the following:
-Introduction: Set scene for reader. Outline the structure adopted for research paper, state research topic, question and objectives. Provide rational as to why topic is worthy of investigation. Explain how you set about answering research question and discuss main findings and conclusions from research.

-Literature review: Key task is to identify relevant literature and to undertake a critical appraisal of this literature, with purpose to offer an overview of literature published on a particular topic and call for a clear demonstration. Should consist of 4 stages: Identification of topic and key issues within topic; Search for literature; Identify the literature which makes a significant contribution to reader understanding the topic; analyse and interpret and draw appropriate conclusions.

-Research Methodology Design: To provide enough detail to allow a competent researcher to complete study. Just provide a proposed research design will be sufficient. Research methodology should also describe how the review would be carried out in terms of date collection and data analysis. On data collection, explain how the literature search was conducted by specifying the type of literature covered; the key words employed in the search and the criteria used to select suitable articles. Data analysis section should explain the criteria used to extract information from the selected articles how data synthesis into a coherent story, and how it is used to address the research question.

-Conclusion: Closing the paper by briefly summarizing the main points of proposed research, and outlining how research question might be answered using proposed research design which was specified and lastly, to identify any outstanding issues that need further research.

-References: At least 15 references

Deadline for part 2 is 15th jan 2013.

Both parts should be able to pass thru plagiarism test as well as turnitin.
