How to get it made (manufactured book by book) rather than buying in bulk. (any country than can produce it cheap)

This will involve price with quality paper (or close to it)
number of pages 60, 100, 200, or 300,400 (pricing) can be open page with writings on one side with photo on right or left side of the page
or photos only back to back both sides of each page without writings.
