Hi,
I’m considering Ruby on Rails or Django as the framework for this project.
I need to build a web based email newsletter/marketing tool similar to Mailchimp or Campaign Monitor based on Amazon SES API.
The core features:
- creating campaigns
- subscribers management
- reports
Besides great technical skills these are critical:
- ability to deliver on time
- providing progress reports
- be critical and advise on the product implementation
