I'm looking to change my current site, fix back end glitches and add new features. We need someone experienced on Ruby On Rails and MySql.

We are a family law site that assists people with affordable Child Custody, Divorce and other family law document preparation. We are looking to be the Legal Zoom of Family Law.
Scope of work:
Fix Glitches on a intake form
Fix Payment decline glitch, needs to translate the decline codes and communicate them properly, needs to work with First
Data and/or Authorize
New Features -
Add a Dashboard - Centralized location for ease of use and follow up for Customer with Status Bar, Document Profile/Status, Payment Profile/Status and Customer Profile
Automated Emails - Email prompts for customer and internal team for document and Payment uploads/downloads/changes/status
Data Management - Organization of data - buckets of Current Clients, Past Clients, Inquiries for ease of monetization
