I’m looking for an experienced Ruby developer for making changes to, and implementing new functionality for a small Ruby on Rails project. As well as these improvements, there will also be further ongoing work.
Please see the attachment for the full changes.
The project is hosted on Heroku and source code is managed via Git and hosted on Github. The outstanding issue/feature requests are on Github, and have have been copied into this document you’re your reference. I’m sure the issues will make a lot more sense once you see the product, but there should be enough info here to help you determine the amount of work.
The original Ruby coder is still involved in the project, but no longer has much time to develop. However he will be accept changes via pull requests and manage the deployment process.
The code is about 1k LOC, Rails 3.2. It is sorely lacking test coverage. User-facing pages are HAML/HTML5, use foundation CSS, and support Desktop iphone and Android devices. Admin pages use bootstrap and need only support Desktop.
Any questions ask away.

Note: I just heard from my existing developer that he has already added the framework for device specific pages.
"Currently supports iphone/android and other to make an iphone specific version of file app/views/XXX create a file app/views/iphone/XXX there's a test file for vouchers.
You just need to add a device-specific template if you want to override
e.g. download page, you can create an iphone specific version under iphone directory, it'll fallback to the usual one if no device-specific version is supplied"
So you just have to create the views from this document - the framework for different OS is already there
